Verification Services for Nanoindenters
Applied Nanometrix, LLC offers a quarterly verification service to ensure that your nanoindenter is always ready for testing. In most cases, verification is done remotely with minimal disruption to regular operation.
Finite-Element Sims of Indentation Experiments
Finite-element simulations help make sense of complex nanoindentation experiments. Applied Nanometrix, LLC runs batches of simulations, permuting any input, to predict constraint effects, test analytic models, or design experiments.
Training: Scripting Customized Test Methods
This one-day, hands-on course teaches KLA nanoindenter users how to script new test methods in inView's Method Editor. Students learn by building a specific method: a dynamic creep test. Working on their own nanoindenter, students follow step-by-step instructions to implement new inputs, calculations, channels, and test segments, with remote guidance from an instructor via TeamViewer.
